Summary 
Lizzie and Charles are part of a puppy foster family.  One day, they got a Jack Russell Terrier named Rascal.  Here are his adventures.

Our Thoughts
We liked this book.  We liked that that dog and horse were friends.  We liked how wild and energetic Rascal was.  We like it when the author included Rascal's thoughts.  It was a great book.
